On September 21, the Charge d'Affaires a.i. Gustavo Héctor Méndez taught a lecture on the Malvinas Islands to political science and Hispanic studies students and professors at Chulalongkorn University.
During the presentation, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. elaborated on the numerous legal and historical arguments that shape Argentina's sovereignty claim over the Malvinas Islands.
The Malvinas Islands are an integral part of the Argentine territory which has remained illegally occupied for over 180 years by the United Kingdom, which forcefully seized them in 1833.
