On October 29, the Head of the Economic Department Juan Pablo Volken met with Director of International Cooperation of the Thai Department of Livestock Development, Dr. Wacharapon Chotiyaputta.

During the meeting, they discussed the pending approval of new Argentine exporters interested in exporting bovine meat to Thailand.

Argentina is the fifth largest exporter of frozen beef and the second largest exporter of offal to Thailand.
