In anticipation for the completion of her duties as Argentine representative in Bangkok in November, Argentine Ambassador Alicia Sonschein on October 18 paid a farewell call to Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha.

During the meeting, held at the Government House in Bangkok, Ambassador Sonschein highlighted her admiration for the Thai culture, the long relationship between Argentina and Thailand, and the progress made in recent years on various issues on the bilateral agenda.

The Thai Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador for the achievements and hoped that both countries will continue to deepen bilateral cooperation.
