In anticipation for the completion of her duties as Argentine representative in Bangkok in November, on October 13 Argentine Ambassador Alicia Sonschein attended a farewell audience granted by H.M. King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana.

During the meeting, held at Ambara Villa, Dusit Palace in Bangkok, Ambassador Sonschein highlighted the long relationship between Argentina and Thailand and the progress made in recent years on various issues on the bilateral agenda.

The King recalled his official trip to Argentina in 1996 with words of praise for the country.
