On July 9, the Embassy hosted a reception at the Bangkok Club to celebrate the 206th anniversary of the Argentine Declaration of Independence, signed on July 9, 1816.

Members of the Argentine community attended, as well as Thai authorities, representatives of Cambodia and Laos, and several friends and personalities acquainted with this Embassy and Argentina.

During the celebration, delicious empanadas, ARCOR popular Bon-O-Bon and Argentine wine provided by Boozia Distribution, Vanichwathana and BB & B were served.

Tango was also present at the celebration thanks to Pali & Marcelo Delgado, a couple of Thai-Argentine tango dancers who delighted guests with a superb live performance.
