On July 1, Argentine Ambassador Alicia Sonschein and Counselor Gustavo Méndez participated in a virtual meeting between Argentine and Thai authorities on cooperation in space affairs.

The main speakers were the Executive Director of the National Commission for Space Activities (CONAE) of Argentina Raúl Kulichevsky and the Executive Director of the Information and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) of Thailand.

At the meeting both parties began a dialogue on possible collaboration mechanisms in peaceful applications of space science and technology and agreed to hold regular conversations from now onwards.
