On December 2, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Argentine Embassy, ​​Javier De Cicco, attended a working meeting between the Thai Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sihasak Phuangketkeow, and the Heads of Mission of Latin American Embassies in Bangkok.

During the meeting, the Chargé d'Affaires conveyed to the chief of the Thai diplomacy Argentina's interest in increasing its exports to Thailand and working together with Thailand to achieve a more balanced trade between the two nations.

Mr. De Cicco also made reference to the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Argentina and Thailand, which is being celebrated this year with many events and activities in Bangkok and Buenos Aires.

Minister Sihasak thanked each of the Heads of Mission for their remarks and expressed Thailand's interest in strengthening diplomatic relations with the Latin American region.
