In anticipation of the upcoming completion of his tenure in Bangkok, Argentine Ambassador Gustavo Alberto Martino and his wife Jennifer Kiley Irwin on November 14 paid a farewell call to H.M. King Maha Vajiralongkorn and Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana.

During the meeting, held in Ambara Villa, Dusit Palace in Bangkok, Ambassador Martino highlighted the close bonds between Argentina and Thailand and the progress made in recent years on various aspects of the bilateral agenda.

Reference was made to the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Argentina and Thailand, which both countries will celebrate in 2025.
