Within the framework of the celebration of a new anniversary of the May Revolution, on May 25 the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. Gustavo Héctor Méndez paid a visit to the Bangkok Protection Center for Destitutes.

The Center is a state institution that provides accommodation and food for homeless people rescued from public areas of Bangkok, including elderly and disabled people.

After visiting the venue, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. congratulated Director Thapanee Sirisomboon for the important work carried out by the Center, and together with her and the team from the Center and the Embassy served empanadas to the diners.
